New build - first water cooled custom build - advice and guidance appreciated

So I have just started following the forums and site and have to say impressed and learning a lot from what I have seen to date.

Currently I have a rig about 5 years old as below:

Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 2.66Ghz @ 4.00GHz Max
Gigabyte EX58-UD5 Intel X58 Motherboard
Corsair XMS3 6GB PC3-12800C9 DDR3
Corsair H100
MSI ATI Radeon HD 7770 2GB
Corsair Obsidian 800D Full Tower Case
Crucial M225 64GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive
Corsair HX 850W ATX Modular SLI Compliant Power Supply
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer 7.1 Sound Card

I intend to keep the case and spray the inside to match the parts

So the New build I am thinking of is below -

Asus HD 7970 Matrix Platinum 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Intel 4820K 3.70GHz (Ivybridge-E) Socket LGA2011
ASRock X79 Fatal1ty Professional Intel X79 (Socket 2011)
Kingston HyperX 3K SSD 240GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Drive
OCZ Fatal1ty 1000W '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply
XSPC D5 Dual Bay Reservoir/Pump Combo V2
Asus Xonar D2X 7.1 PCI-E Sound
XSPC EX420 Triple Fan Radiator
Avexir MPower Red Series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit
XSPC RayStorm CPU WaterBlock (Intel)
BitFenix Recon Internet-Connected Fan Controller (Black)
Bitspower Connection 45 degrees 1/4 inch to 16/10mm - rotatable, blood redX 2
BitFenix Spectre PRO 140mm Red LED - BlackX 6
Bitspower G 1/4" Deep Blood Red Rotary 90 Degree IG 1/4" Adapter x 2
XSPC LCD Temperature Sensor (Red) V2 + G1/4" Inline Sensor
XSPC EC6 Coolant Blood RedXSPC EC6 Coolant Blood Red
Bitspower Connection 1/4 inch to 16/10mm - blood red x 4
XSPC HighFlex Hose 3/8" ID, 5/8" OD, 16/10mm, 2m, x 2
XSPC HighFlex Hose 3/8" ID, 5/8" OD, 16/10mm, 2m, x 2
XSPC K2 Thermal Compound 1.5g
XSPC Dual Bayres/Pump V4 Faceplate Pack (Red
XSPC RayStorm Intel Faceplate (Red)

Not having done any true water cooling build before I'd appreciate some comments on the good, bad and ugly of the list and any pointers on what fits better.

I want to have enough room to extend the build to the graphics card being water cooled as well - hence the triple radiator.

Forgot to add its for gaming ...

Thanks in advance

Hips

Hips

Ok so a couple things.

First off you dont need a 1000W PSU. Not even close. Maybe 650W at the maximum.
Second, choose a cheaper 7970. If your just ripping off the cooler anyhow, dont bother buying one that has a special cooler.
Third, that SSD, change it to the Samsung EVO. Faster, newer, better.
Forth, Bitfenix Spectre Pro fans dont have very good static pressure I hear, so change those to something like Gentle Typhoons or Swiftech Helix's.
Fifth, Dont bother going X79 if your not getting the 6 core. Total waist of money. A 4770k will do just as good and the motherboard wont cost you an arm, two legs and your first born child.

So next question is -- if I add a water cooled graphics card as well will the radiator and pump cope with the cooling without an extras?

Cheers

Hips
Pump should be fine, though for sufficient cooling, I would get yourself a 140 rad to go in between CPU and GPU.
