gtx 770 or Upgrade mobo and CPU?

I have the choice of getting a gtx 770 (4gb) or upgrading my MOBO and CPU.
i currently have a evga 560ti
and i7 950 and asus p6t

You'd be far better off getting a GTX 770 4GB Your current CPU and motherboard will be able to handle a 770 with some modest overclocking.
