CPU is too hot

Hello fellow family,

Here is my latest problem

My gear...

Case- CM Storm Trooper

Cpu- 8350

Gpu- 2x 7970

Ram- 2400mhz trident

Psu- Lepa G1000

Now the water cooling gear...

Dual d5 xspc dual bay res both pumps installed currently at 5 (max) setting

Cpu- xspc raystorm

Gpu blocks- xspc new style razor

Rads- ex 240 cross flow in ceiling in push exhaust , alphacool ut60 240mm, in bottom in pull intake

For fans I have the sp120 corsair's on a fan controller.

Here are some quick shots

Intel(R) IPP JPEG encoder 7.0.1041 - Jul 19 2011;

Intel(R) IPP JPEG encoder 7.0.1041 - Jul 19 2011;
Intel(R) IPP JPEG encoder 7.0.1041 - Jul 19 2011;

The left port on raystorm is the in..so loop order is... pump/res< cpu< 7970's< ut60 240mm< pump/res

Im getting great temps on the cards that's not the problem. The problem is Im still getting up to 62c on ITB for my 1.38v -4.5 ghz cpu overclock. Thats to high for that voltage in my option. I used to run 5.0 on 1.525 volts I have reseated and reapplied the thermal paste different times I have tried to try different loop orders.

Main question.

Do I have enough rad power? are the fans in the ideal orientation? (P.S. I will have back 140 exhaust and a few 120mm intakes upfront once I make sure loop is fine)

I fee like my raystorm is super restrictive, I took it apart cleaned it very well and reseated it. It had gunk build up from my old loop so that's why I double checked. Rads are clean. I'm pretty sure I have a decent flow rate now but before it was major air bubble stoppage after the cpu block.

Next question... Would I benefit from dual loop on this one? I actually have 2 single d5 bay res's I could dual loop it and if that will help. If so which rad for which loop?

Please feel free to ask questions or comment,
Megatron

first youre only allowed to bump after 24 hours.
i say you still have air in your system. you can see a lot of bubbles in the tubing. tilt your case every which way you can without letting the pumps run dry. do you hear the water moving around the rads? do you hear sloshing?

sorry didnt know about the bump, just in a hurry...

hear no sloshing really and its pretty darn quiet when running just looks like tubes are full but you can see the movement if there is a bubble present. Do I need any more rads to cool everything? gpus arnt even overclocked yet
