Ive gotten my overclock stable on 4.6 ghz but on 4.7-4.9 i get the 9c error.

Ive tried higer vcore and upping the vtt to 0.835v. cache multi on auto(ive tried lower, doesnt seem to make a diffrence)

google search suggest 9c error is qpi/vtt voltage is to low. what is qpi on an asus motherboard.

running 4.6 on 1.26 vcore. inputvoltage 1.8 (tried up 1.95)

any suggestions ?

You can try increasing the Vring (Uncore or Cache voltage on some boards) and see if that helps. What speed are you running the cache (does Auto keep it 1:1 or is it limited)? The 9C is a tricky error, I don't think anyone knows the exact cause at this point.
