USB Flash CAN'T REMOVE READONLY STATE

Suddenly usb flash became READONLY and I can't clear it. I tried rmprepusbm diskpart from cmd, registry flag nothing worked.
Can I save this USB or not ?

Have you tried rebooting your system? Oddly enough, it may work.

You can, also, safely pull the stick out while your system is POST-ing, before Windows starts loading.
