Yeah unfortunately the 240 rad I have is the same thickness and will run into the same issue.
Maybe I could cut the hole over a bit and fit it in. I was just hoping to use the filter with it, and use it as an intake.

I might look around the case and see what I can fit and how it can be done.

To make it worse that cooler is going to need fans on it too. Here's an evil thought: Put the case on casters. this will raise it up several inches, depending on the height of the casters you buy. then you can mount the fans inside the case, and the whole cooler outside on the bottom. You effectively make your case larger. plus it's easier to move around.

That's with fans. So it's just not fitting. If I were to move it say 30mm closer to the side of the case it should be fine.
