in any RAID, you have to have identical drives.

RAID0 needs identical size and speed, as does RAID1 and RAID5

JBOD doesnt..y ou can use any combo of speeds and sizes.. but the only upside is it shows it as a single drive letter. The downside is the overhead needed to make it work..

JBOD is pointless.

Sorry, but you need matched drives.
