Seeking advice: Loop Modification and layout

So I will be adding another GTX Titan into my loop that I picked up from a fellow OCN member. Before going into to much detail here's a picture of the current set up:

This was taken before I added the titan in the pic into the loop, it now is and I will be adding his friend in a week or so. The radiator that is hiding above is a Blackice GTX 360 and the pump driving everything is a swiftech mcp655. Off to the right I have a cheap bay reservoir. The current waterblock on the Titan in the loop is a basic EK full Acetal.

So there is a few things I do not care about with this loop:

-First off is something I have been putting off for a while, and this is a way to easily drain and refill the loop. I do not have a Y junction at the bottom or any plug any where to allow for easy draining of the loop. Currently I have to put this sucker on its side between two bar stools like a car jacked up in a shop, coat the inside of the case with paper towels incase of a splash, and undo one of the tubes on the bay res to drain. Needless to say a real pain in the arse.

-Secondly, the last time I had SLI 470s in the loop it was a pain, I had screw tightened hose clamps bridging the two cards and there was little to no clearance at the bottom for the tubing that came out of the bottom 470. I felt the hose had unneeded stress being put on the place where it attatched to the GPU block and was on the verge of kinking despite reinforcements restricting flow a bit.

-Third is filling the bay res and then bleeding the loop can be a real pain.

-I am also not a real fan of how pump is currently positioned, it is at an odd angle and is only secured in the case using some two sided adhesive cushion.

Seeing as how installing a second titan is going to involve tearing apart a section of my loop, I'd figure I'd use this as an excuse to finally fix a few things. Thus here I am to get advice from one of the best communities out there.

I'm looking to keep this escapade in the region of <150 bucks while fixing some of these annoyances. I am open to any suggestions you guys may have.

What I was thinking of doing was getting an angled barb for the bottom card, possibly a sli bridge instead of trying to cut 1 inch of tubing to bridge the cards, and some extra tubing with a Y junction so I could easily drain the loop from the bottom. What might any of you suggest?
