well my previous PSU just got damage and a friend has this one laying arround so he give me that as a gift lol... i knew before hand it was some how damage... but i didnt have the money to buy a new one back then and other things come up and i still cant frown.gif

Can you apply 12V directly to the fan's black (minus, or ground) and red (positive) wires, such as from a wall adapter that puts out anywhere from 6V - 13V DC, a 9V battery, or a car battery? Be sure to get the polarity right. If the fan spins when you do that, it's possible the PSU's fan controller is bad, anything from a broken wire connection to a shorted output transistor.
