I just have to stop you at this point. You are saying speculation in a manner "Nvidia numbers are stock, unknown unreleased AMD graphic is surely overclocked" smile.gif Not a fact...

Heck, there are people running around with modded Titans and other cards blowing the factory TDP away, just to get crazy performance.

I do not mind the power usage too much, but by TDP, I more meant the heat and the stock cooler. If I want lightning, I will have to wait until december.

I meant it's a fact that it is likely that leaks 3 days before an event are (very likely) AMD sanctioned or leaning towards supporting AMD. Some of those people aren't even random, they say they had an NDA, and some of those bechmarks appeared anonymously on a site nobody had heard before and it's now 404.

I actually wondered why leakers bothered to remove name of a chip. They would have problems anyway if they signed NDA.

Probably because this was a controlled leak?

I will back you up that these are likely AMD sanctioned leaks. Maybe not officially, but it's them trying to build hype. I do however hope that they have something "held back" to showcase officially that will not just live up to the hype but would surpass it. Like the news that the 290X would use all of Hawaii's 2800 shaders, instead of the 2560 the web expects.

Believe me, just them confirming a rumor would live up to all the hype in the world. I remember this insane speculation about 6970 numbers, and how crushing the actual numbers were to all AMD fans. On the other hand, I remember the 7970 release and the thunderous applause that was made by every review site when the 7970 surpassed many of our expectations.

Your first sentence in your rant was that you posted an "obvious fact". If something isn't certain it's not fact. Saying your fact is that the benchmarks may or may not be sanctioned by amd is so ridiculous I can't even comprehend. By your logic; The 290x may or may not be a nuclear weapon, and thats fact.

Also, you called me a conspiracy theorist for not believing your conspiracy theory. Your logic is so biased and flawed I can't believe I just wasted my breath. Please tell me you are just trolling.
Sorry AMD
