That doesnt have any relevance, you said from your TESTS the 7970 @1100 mhz was a PUSH with the titan in GAMES

But I can play this game too, based on voodoo math like yours, that makes no sense whatsoever on GPU performance, the ati 5770 is faster than the ati 5850 because 5+7+7+0= 19 and 5+8+5+0= 18, and we all know 19 is higher than 18, so it must be faster!

I really dont want to pay more 600 dollars for 9 FPS. on 2560x1600 with high AA, while its certain that high resolutions and high AA methods are currently limited by memory speeds (even GDDR5 at 6000Mhz effective). All the tests I performed were displaing more or less FPS, however the difference was not visible with human eye.

Some time ago few people commented HD7970 like "its not performance what matters but quality" and I had to strongly agree with them since Catalysts 12.x were driving me crazy. Titan came and most of them changed their mind arguing "Look, AMD can never build up so strong single-gpu solution". And it was my Voodoo math simply showing that they are wrong. AMD had just to build up bigger chip, with more transistors - exactly same thing what Nvidia did when they designed Titan.

I dislike the way how both companies did it. Big heat-producing chip. Thats not the way i like.

...So don't buy it. Get a 7870 or 660ti.

Zero reason to hold back the big dies because some people want a "small and cool" flagship. Buy something other than a flagship and let those of us who would like performance instead have our fun.

Your rod's can perceive as fast as 500 FPS as an "afterimage", but their inherent nature limits them to blurred topographical images that perceive best in high contrast.
Your cone's can only perceive so slow(30 fps? I don't recall exactly), since they need more photons to absorb until they reach their threshold of neural transmission.
The slowest link is actually in your optic nerve where it exits the eyeball at half a second. The ganglion cells converge and encrypt their message, that is why it is still a challenge to create an eye prosthesis; we cannot determine the exact algorithm of the transmission.
