Undervolt a z87 & 4770 (simple)

Hi all.

I tried to search, but I can't find if a 4770 (non-K) can undervolt with a z87.
I don't care (much) about overclocking, but I will try to undervolt just to get less heat and less watts.

I also read the 4770 can't overclock 4 bins like the 3770 can - is this true?
What about overclock and undervolt - is overclocking the only non-K limitation?

Any ideas?
Thanks!

EDIT:
I also searched the whole users manual.
It didn't say anything about K or Non-K when adjusting CPU voltage.

Sorry, I didn't expect this to be difficult.
