But $350 for a CPU, GPU, AND motherboard? That'll be a bit difficult, but doable. $120 or so gets you a 6300, and a nice quality 970 motherboard for should be below $100 (look for CPU and motherboard combos too; that should save $10-20 or so). That leaves enough left over for a 7870 for a GPU, which can be overclocked to 7950-esque speeds. A good CPU cooler is mandatory for overclocking, which you'll definitely want to do if you're streaming, and that will add another $30.
I went ahead and lowered the HDD but left the SDD on the list to remind me that I'll have to try and buy it from that other site. I'm still debating whether to go i7 4770k / FX 8350 (For the extra streaming threads) or i5 4670k. I'm okay with minor overclocking (Nothing too crazy, IE. requiring more cooling than air) so I'm still unsure which processor to go for. The 4670k is cheaper but the 4770k and 8350 are better for streaming from what I hear. Intel processors would also be great for those few games that I play that only take use of a single processor.

I can go up to at least a 1000$, I put ~850$ as an estimate. I'm thinking of all these things as "investments". I mean, if I have the case/psu/hdd/ssd/ram, if I ever need to upgrade i'll only have to upgrade my gpu/mobo/processor and maybe heatsink, so it's better to get all the money out right now. 720p@30FPS is a minimum, I would like to be able to do 720p@60fps sometime in the near future or even with this build since it looks very smooth. I have about 4.6mbs of upload speed from testmy.net.

The major problem for me imo will be finding a good microphone. I can probably just buy a pair (listed earlier) from Amazon or Newegg but I've been having trouble getting a decent quality/noise canceling microphone with all the a/c vents and fans going on here.

I think I finished the setup, assuming I can do 720p@60fps with i4670k. I found a combo with (2x4gb) RAM combo'd with the gigabyte mobo that will save 40$. Now I just need to find a heatsink so I can OC the i5. Any recommendations?

I like the HR-02 Macho (Amazon) for the combination of power, quietness, and fitting inside most cases comfortably. For more money, the Noctua brand has a new NH-U14S, I think.
