Here is a TY-140, 141, 143, 145, 147 fan dimension drawing. As you can see the rounded ends are 23mm from the 120mm fan's 105mm spaced mounting holes. (That is 13mm from 140mm fan's 125mm spaced mount)

You need to have is 25-26mm between your 120mm fan and expanion slot frame.. and same on other side of fan.. for the TY-147 to fit.
Do you know how to use a power miter saw? tongue.gif Cut 5-6mm off of the round sides and you have a 140x140mm square fan with a good fine tooth blade in the miter saw. biggrin.gif


Or use another 120mm PWM fan in the back like you are using in front. lmaosmiley.gif
