Building a PC, $500-$600 budget. Almost done. - Page 10

the beauty of tooth pain is they;re really easy to treat with local anesthetics. Even ones that don;t work on anything else. This sounds stupid, but clove extract will numb a tooth all day. No, really. This is not the granola munching BS that normally comes with herbal remedies. There are several gels and pastes for tooth pain, who;s active ingredient is clove. Anything where the nerve that needs to de deadened is right next to the skin. It's also the active ingredient in preparation H.

It's both more effective than a systemic pain reliever and won;t leave you loopy. The biggest problem with it is it works so well that people who are afraid of the dentist use it instead of getting treatment and let their teeth rot right out of their heads. there;s one common brand you shoud find in any drug store. I'm forgetting the name but the pharmacist will know it.

I had to rush down to the dentist to realize my cracked tooth (through X-ray) acted up (thanks to a rogue bone from some duck meat) ... It got worse, it spread downwards to my root canal but thankfully it's gone away after a week. Couldn't get anything done within this timeframe because that very day i had cheek pain i passed out from the pain ...
I did get punched in the past and bled quite a bit but it wasn't quite as painful as that

Whoa. I don't know what to say to that. That's some serious you-know-what.

Actually, I do have something to say to it. I read about some guy in a third-world part of our planet who had sudden and very severe tooth pain. It turned out that he had a seed that got lodged in one of his cavities and it actually germinated and started growing!

Sounds like something my dad might have done in his earlier days ... He says he still has regrets for not taking care of his teeth properly in his younger days, can't blame him though, he was kicked out of his home @ 16

What the heck happened here?

Who said I was getting a PSU list? lol, i was sleeping. then in the morning went out. it afternoon and Im here. Wisdom teeth? Tusks?

Anyway. Somebody here said that I should just use an ATX case/mobo? Weren't they more expensive than the mATX or am I getting them mixed up?

So this is an ATX board? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157297
It looks a longer than the board I had in my stock Dell CPU. I guess it was a mATX.

Im just gonna buy a Asrock or Asus board. Are there some other cheap/good brands?
If you're in the states, stay away from ASUS.
Really the only 2 companies i can recommend for mid-range to high-end boards are Gigabyte and ASRock
Stay away from ASRock and MSI low-end boards

On super low-end boards mATX is cheaper but often lacks alot of features that the low-end ATX boards have like less SATA ports

Please show us what PSUs you can get, if you are not in the states

Youre the only person on the planet Ive ever heard to say that. Maximus is an asus series and Maximus is one of the best high-end board out there.

I personally would go for Asrock, because theyre sort of the underdog and because of that you usually get more performance/dollar.

On the OT side I actually have 5 wisdom teeth myself. Ones just laying there in my upper jaw smile.gif.
On monday Im going to have a root canal, which is a thousand dollars Id planned to spend on an ASUS 21:9 monitor :/.

Ok, so I have 2 websites which are from my country.

The first one is extremely new, they dont have parts from many brands, its a VERY short list.
http://www.iamextreme.net/category.php?CategoryId=5&SubCategoryId=8
http://www.iamextreme.net/category.php?CategoryId=5&SubCategoryId=9

Next this one is a bit better.
http://www.galaxy.com.pk/power-supply-pakistan.html

Keep in mind that I will not be buying them from there. ALL of these should be available in retail stores, plus a MANY more.

See?

Oh, for the 'price' just divide the PKR Rs price by a 100, and you have it in dolla!

$.$
