k95 or k70

so i'm leaning towards the k95, but before i pull the trigger on newegg wanna get some opions on that or something better. I do play games so the whole g keys is appealing.

its an alright board, i had one myself ( along with several other mechanicals ) I had one of the first versions that had an issue where the board was warped and would not lay flat on a desk without wobbling, I basically had to twist it back into shape ( not sure if they ever fixed this problem or not )

It uses cherry stabilizers, so if you ever want to put custom keycaps on it you will have a hard time finding ones for the spacebar and modifier keys as they are not a very common size.

Note the K70 is not fully mechanical, as the k95 is, I personally would not go with the 70 for that reason.

thanks jixr. The warping issue is something that I've heard about and I'm hoping that subsequent batches have the kinks worked out. I

How is the k70 not fully mechanical out of curiosity?

K70 is full mechanical. K90 & K60/65 were not.

Yup own a K70 and love it to bits. As said above, K70 is full mechanical, K90, K60 and K65 had a couple keys that were not.
