IIRC Crysis x64 binary didn't work for me.

Im running Windows 8 Pro x64 and was able to get Crysis working fine. Here is my post:

Crysis 32bit binary works fine under any x64 OS. But its 64 binary doesn't, at least, not always.
Btw you don't have to force DX9 to make it work, use its 32bit binary and it'll be fine.
