I agree. I can aim a lot better in 4:3 but then I can't really see anything because it's so blurry and there's also a bit of input lag. So I just stay with the native monitor res of 1080p.

From changing the native res to something else in a game. It's not much but I can still notice it if I lower the resolution to something like 800x600. This is on an Asus VG278HE @ 144Hz but I believe all LCDs are like this.
