These laws don't apply, you're either misunderstanding them or how a bullet goes through the air.
Magnus effect doesn't play well here because bullets don't spin with a backspin. A near perfect example of the Magnus effect would be the Wallis bomb.
Eötvös effect: Less gravity is not the same as "negative gravity", also doesn't apply.
A bullet does not rise above the axis of the bore....really, it doesn't. Unless of course it's being fired through an extreme
crosswind. But conditions would have to be extremely ideal for this to be plausible.
