And here is where i'm putting everything.

I'm putting two 480mm rads in the top and bottom

And i'm putting the pump in the back of the case since it supports that in the back. Also Would the acrylic tubing fit on the pump fine? http://www.frozencpu.com/products/6190/ex-pmp-54/Swiftech_MCP655_12v_Water_Pump_w_Speed_Control_and_38_Conversion_Kit_317_GPH.html?tl=g30c107s153
And i'm putting the pump in the back .

Thanks for any help guys. I need white fittings if that is possible.

Sorry if this seems like me being lazy but i'm somewhat clueless when it comes to acrylic.

You are going to have to get the push fittings for whatever OD size tubing you use and then get everything installed. measure the length from each run and account for any curves you want to make. Then order a few more feet than all your measurements add up to. There is NO way any of us can tell you how much you will need. There are many ways to route a system and in the end the amount of tubing depends on how you plan to route the loop.

As far as the tubing mating to the pump. Buy an aftermarket pump top for it that has G1/4 threads.

Yeah i just thought about that, Sorry for the somewhat wasted space of thread.

I guess i will just get this variant of the MCP655 http://www.frozencpu.com/products/16737/ex-pmp-203/Swiftech_MCP655_Variable_Speed_12v_Water_Pump_w_G14_Thread_Ports_Perfectly_Tapped.html?tl=g30c107s153

Buy more than you think you'll need. Personally I'd buy at least 8 feet more. You will almost for sure make mistakes. If you make a mistake on a bend a lot of the time you can't recover. You'll need to start over w/ a fresh piece of tube. I used about 12 feet of tubing to do my first rig, when there is less than 5 feet of tube being used.
