So I need a little help overclocking my CPU. I have an I5-3570k and am using the ASRock Z77 Extreme 6 motherboard. I have no experience in this and when I entered my BIOS I just had it overclock to 4.0GHZ. Now I have downloaded Prime95, CPU-Z, and Core Temp. When I use Prime95 I use the in place large FFTs option. After I have ran it for about ten minutes the temps on all my cores reached 90c. I then shut it down. Also when I was running the stress test my core voltage reached 1.33 at one point in time but it proceeded to bounce up and down around 1.22 or so if I remember correctly. Is it true 1.33 is really high? I've had someone tell me thats too high. Also can I get it up to about 4.4GHz? What settings should I change? Thanks for the help.
