Need help with a mini ITX build!

Steam OS was announced today and with it they announced that it will have the capability to stream games from your PC/Mac to the Steam OS computer. This is what I was waiting for! I have a good PC but I've always wanted a little box that I can Stream my games to if I want to play casually with a controller.

I know they JUST announced it so there are no real specs for what the Steam OS will require BUT I have already been trying to plan out a small build. I just want a small form factor box that can run steam OS and stream the games to it and play 1080p video. If there is a better cheaper solution than building a mini ITX box then please tell me! (I've already looked at intel NUC and gigabyte BRIX but those are expensive :/).

Here is a quick build I whipped up: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1H0Sa
Please critique it and let me know if there is any way to make a cheaper build!

My build is basically hovering around $230-$240 after you account tax (california... yaaayyy) and shipping. I already have a random 250gb laptop HDD laying around so I guess I'll just use that as the hard drive.

Idk if I should get a better heat-sink or some extra fans. Also the case I picked is not final, if anyone can find a small case (preferably with a PSU) that is cheaper/about the same price then please let me know!

Also you may notice that I am using intel for this build. Amd does not have many mini ITX boards to choose from that are cheap. I think the cheapest AMD mini ITX mobo was an FM2 that was around $85... Intel in this case ends up being cheaper.

Please post suggestions/critiques!!!

How does that work with the streaming? What kind of connection do you need to carry the video?
