Overclocking help for I5 3570

Thread Starter
Hey I have a i5 3570 (non K) and a gigabyte z77-d3h when I go to overclock I have my multiplier at 35-40 and there is also a bus speed at 100mhz. Should I change this bus speed and will the cpu be stable at 4.00ghz?

ALWAYS keep the BLCK speed at 100.00 MHz, changing this can damage your hardware. Make sure you've done stress testing with the cpu at those clocks.
