I am currently using a pair of older Mellanox ConnectX adapters that do not support SRP or RDMA in Windows. But I am not content w/ 800MB/s transfers rolleyes.gif. So I want to move to newer adapters that support SRP + RDMA. Now I know that Mellanox Connect X2 adapters support these features. However I am not sure about other Infiniband manufacturers. I am looking @ buying a pair of Qlogic QLE7340 40Gbps adapters from ebay. Now they seem to be similar to the Mellanox Connect-X2 but I am not sure about SRP or RDMA. So the question is does anyone have experience w/ these adapters or know if RDMA will work? I'd like to have a true 40Gbps transfer speed.
