As the title says, so i've tried two different monitors but issue is the same, i've tried to update or change different version of graphics drivers but still no luck, it doesn't happen often bet sometimes when it happen it happens from 1 to 2 times and it makes a sound like when you're installing a driver for the graphics card so i really need help, what is causing this ? My Desktop PC is just new i bought it 3 months ago so maybe monitors won't work well with this PC or something...

specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i3 3220 3.30GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333MHz
GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GT 630 2GB GDDR3
HDD: 500GB H.G.S.T 7200RPM
MOBO: Gigabyte H61M-S2P
PSU: Unknown coz i haven't opened the case still
OS: Windows 7 Pro X64 with all needed drivers and updates

just to note: when my monitor is connected to this PC i can see some so-called mikro pixels on all over the screen but not the pixels which we know them from gpu goes bad but some pixels that are very hard to see them but those i'm not getting with monitor connected to a laptop or similar so maybe GPU is bad ? otherwise games playes fine no crashes no artifacts or whatever and times are just fine too, so the only thing i thought maybe it is a PSU issue ? not much power for this PC ?

Immediately afterwards, does Windows ever pop-up a balloon stating that the video card driver has recovered from a crash?
