You're right I have a p8p67 le with i5 3330, I couldn't set a manual voltage and I don't think you can regulate the voltage.

mvp doesn't have voltage options for sure. Extreme3 is the best of the boards you listed so far and should be fine.

thank you , btw can you help me to pick one at the price range around 100$ for only OC my i5 2500k to 4.5 ghz , and support memory 1600mhz ? otherwise ,I don't need any other feature , because i just want to build a medium system . Just OC and run smoothly with 1 video card

Extreme3 is essentially the same as 4, but with less SATA ports and different heatsink.

You can also look for Biostar TZ77XE3/4 and HiFi boards, but they seem to be discontinued everywhere.

Biostar boards have the best VRM of these followed by MSI then ASRock.

I'd get the extreme3 out of those 2..

Somehow i dug a screwdriver into the traces on the back..sold for..being dead board.
AsRock support? thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif
I just ate it rather than deal with them.

I would get Asus. I've dealt with non-Gen3 version of that board, and it was build very good. It also has much superior VRM, and overall better pick for Sandy Bridge.

ASRock has no advantages over it, really. Except that it's Z77 chipset, so it has native USB 3.0 ports and Windows 8 Fastboot/Secure boot.

Thanks for let me know , I just got the Asus one hahaha .

+BTW , Is the Sata 3.0 on that Asus board good for Crucial SSD ? ? I have heard a lot of bad feedback about Sata 3.0 on mobo x58 LGA 1366 made by Marvel . That's why i had to disable the SATA 3 port on my X58 EVGA SLI3 ,and use 2.0 intel port .

All Intel P67/Z68/Z77 boards have native 2 6Gbps ports. On V-Pro those are white IIRC.

id recommend a gigabyte z77-d3h. doesn't have the blows and whistles as most motherboards are but the most important is the VRM's on this motherboards are awesome. you can OC your cheap as good as those more expensive boards
