670 vs 770 DOWN UNDER MATE

Thread Starter
Hi all from the land down under, I am upgrading my graphics card: a stock gtx580. After many, many, many reviews and forum searches I reduced it down to a non reference GTX 670 or a non reference GTX 770.

I can get a ASUS 670 4GB for $350AUD or a GIGABYTE 770 4GB for $565AUD. I am currently running Win 7 on an I7, 8GB RAM, Samsung 840 pro SSD and 1 terra HDD.
I am using a single monitor with 1920 x 1200 resolution (Dell U2412M) and I dont plan on using SLI. I play games and will be playing upcoming titles like GTA V (if it ever gets ported), Witcher 3, sleeping dogs etc.

Is the extra ~$200AUD worth it for the 770? Any other thoughts?

heres a review i found that has the 670 and 770 in it looks like the 770 does have a good fps boost over the 670 but it might just becaus of its higher clocks compared to the stock clocks of the 670.
