Temps still reach about 90 degrees running OCCT, which is quite disappointing. I have also re-seated the cpu block without any noticeable effect. I'm surprised that 5 x 120mm of rad can't keep a single CPU (even at 1.32v) and a single gpu at reasonable temperatures. I may just have to reduce the OC and the voltage.

Temps running OCCT will be different than your temps when running BF3, which is what you orignally stated would hit about 90 degrees. Run the fans at full and play BF3 again to get a better indicator of the temperature drop.

When I run Prime95 or Linpack on my i5 3570k @ 4.7GHZ I'll hit nearly close to the throttling temp, but during BF3, my temps are in the 60's.

Loop consists of

3570k @ 4.7GHZ 1.4v
2 GTX 670 FTW's OC'd to 1254 and 1176 core
HWLabs GTX360 Push/Pull GT AP15's.
