How to overclock a Core 2 Duo E4600? Beginner =D

Hi guys, yesterday I made my C2D E4600 delid, cabe management and cpu cooler change (stock Intel to the Akasa Nero 3). So now I want overclock it to the max possible as I'll be upgrading my system soon. This are my stock (2.4GHz) temperatures:

I've also pushed it to 3.3GHz with very good temperatures (the idle was just 1°C over the stock), but when I got it to prime95 I had blue screen =(. Remember that the moment I had blue screen my temperature was just 48°C, so the problem was not the high temperature, but another issue I don't know what is. Now, for safe, I'm running it at 3GHz. There are pictures of it's temperatures:

There is a actual picture of my BIOS:

Can you tell me what should I do?

Now this is what I have:

It's lows 30°C when idle and lows 50°C when load. Until now I couldn't reach stable the 3.3GHz mark, I always get blue screen. What should I do if I want that? What can I do to get some more Hz there? And I have a doubt: at BIOS I've set 1.4Vcore, but the software says 1.376, what is going on?
