Having direct access to both of these monitors, I have to say I prefer the Benq XL2420T. I think the ASUS has better colors straight out of the box, but after calibration the Benq wins by a mile in my opinion.

Something else I noticed, the screen on the Benq seems to be slightly wider than the ASUS. I noticed something odd about my wallpaper when I had the ASUS connected and realized that everything seemed more compact. It is probably just because I was used to it already, but I prefered the slight stretch that the Benq had as apposed to the image on the ASUS.
