GTX 770 bottleneck

I have a windforce gtx 770 with a fx 6300 overclocked to 4.3ghz and im getting around 65% gpu usage under load just wondering if anybody else has had this sort of bottleneck before

What game are you talking about? If its minecraft @ 200fps the bottleneck isnt really a problem.
