I hope this time I finally find the solution smile.gif give me feedback after doing these.

Hope it works for you, using W7 myself and may contemplate doing the same. Though I wonder if it matters between Windows versions that make a difference, hopefully not.

windows 8.1 does a little help but after a while stuttering occurs again during the game...so no luck again with 14.1..

Just tested the memory leak rumor/problem ,it's DEFINETELY true.
I did this run on the Test Range,Ultra preset (4xMSAA+HBAO)
DX11.1 = 1350mb memory usage
Mantle = 2840mb memory usage
Let's hope that's not the price we have to pay for better performance.

W00t!!!!

This is the kind of performance boost I am getting as well   :D, but I can't capture screen shots when using mantle to have proof.

Mantle use all the available memory that you have. I dont understand why you dont want to use all the memory?

for those who have a 290 with 4GB or a 7970 with 3 GB
how is your vram usage in Star Swarm?
i have a vram leak all the time here... it seems that the potential of this Mantle is really good but they forgot to test depending on the available vram or with at least 4GB like the 290... rolleyes.gif strange but true
single card would be stable ATM without this vram leak...
can you confirm this, please?

No dice for me.  Stutter still exists.  I'll try Mantle again after the next patch / driver update I suppose.

does anyone else find it entertaining that this guy keeps posting "how to fix mantle" but then posts 10 minutes later that it didn't work?

I'm starting to think that mantle is causing a memory leak... btw, why do they call it memory leak? They should call it memory hoarding.
