But yeah, all these cstates are CPU based. Nothing to do with putting a PC to sleep mode.

S3 is an actual SYSTEM sleep state. Its STR (Suspend to ram)

I was implying perhaps he was confusing C3 (cpu deep sleep) with S3 (System STR)

but, whatever, as long as everyone is happy...

So guys, ever since the March 6th patch, I feel like Battlefied 4 is not as stall/skip free as before, I mean, It performs incredibly smooth, just as when they fixed the Stall/Memory leak, but now, I get these micro skips every now and then, not definitely something to worry about since it happens very very rarely but it's not as bulletproof as before. Anyone else seeing this?

And just now, I got a single very noticeable stutter on Caspian Border, maybe a little bit of a memory leak?

Pre-patch this game ran like a dream. Hopefully this gets fixed in the next patch (repi already confirmed Mantle would get updated in the future).

And now I just got the infamous "Battlefield 4 Stopped Working" error right after exiting a server.

What's going on with this game?

I have no clue but did you try the config folder thing, where you toss the one there and let it rewrite it? Just spitballin here .

That stall usually happens at the 40,000 frame mark, then it starts happening more frequently. Reducing AA will push the stall out further, but it will eventually happen.

So anyone with GCN1.0 crossfire tested this with BF4? Prefer 2560x1440 testings and also if can in higher than 60hz cause I'm at 2560x1440 @ 120hz and my game used to stutter in mantle like a mad man
