So when I have had problems I have been nice and respectful, not demanding something, basically I usually ask what we can do to resolve this and make it better and I have never been let down. The company is top notch in my book, especially considering they are really a small company and they are handling products with a small profit margin on them..

I have had RMA disagreements with the EGG, Amazon, people from ebay. all at one time or another have not handled the situation the best. but they follow their guidelines that you agree to when you order.

I have had times when I did not agree 100% with the results and answers I was getting from all companies and have learned to talk nice, be humble. don't act like anyone owes me anything, ask them to work with me so that we can make it better and every time with all companies by the time the process was finished I was at the least 80 to 90% Happy. Usually 100% but all things considered I think this is good. I order just about everything but food online and usually order it when I am at work in Indonesia so I know a lot about ordering and problems.

All I can say is that it is sad that a thread showing good prices on PSU units has turned to a bashing thread.

Not really bashing as much as warning people that may end up ordering from them. I order TONS of stuff online as well and PPC has been far and away the worse EVER.

Mistakes happen, but these people were down right insulting. Uncalled for on all fronts.

Sorry for the experience you had like I said I have had nothing but good things with them.. I know how hard it is for everyone to be happy and sometimes things get said and wrote that is not really meant because of bad mood or something. thank goodness I have not experienced this.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and has there own experiences as I can see are not new at this game so it must have been bad what happened to sour you this much!!!

Good luck in the future, take care and away OVERKILL is your friend.

my wife has been a buyer with intc going on 18 years now, her first and last dealing with PPC they had told her to FOFF, this was recorded and played back for a higher up guy at intc and then he took it up with PPC and they pretty much told him to FOFF as well. nice company thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

and no I am not trying to argue, just posting a warning for others that is a fact.
