MineOS Crux on Intel Atom D2550 Nettop

Thread Starter
I have a Shuttle Nettop with a D2550, I was going to use it for Minecraft Server since Intel will not build a real driver for Windows 8 for PowerVR GMA. I was wondering if anyone has used MineOS on one? If so does TRIM work in Linux and more specifally this distribution? I have 4GB of ram and a 30GB SSD in it so if the atom has enough horsepower to run a 5 person max server for my kids and their friends.

you should be fine network speed is mostly the limiting factor with minecraft server but for a 5man server you should be alright how ever idk if Mineos crux is updated to work with the new 1.6 or 1.7 minecraft servers i would look into that before proceeding trim is supported but not enabled by default that would be something you would need to configure
