Anyone see random bouncing issues without the use of powerup?

Also, you'd probably need a dual GPU system, my 290 lags below 35FPS most of the time. But still is pretty cool.

They might wanna fix the recover use for the AI, keep's going back to the same spot in a recovering loop.

I am wondering if the random bouncing is the opponents picking up one of the powerups?
not sure.

I am however amazed at how well it runs for a pre-alpha, the control system the driving style, its fantastic, and yes the framerate does drop dramatically in places, but I am sure it will be ironed out.
Tried manually upping the detail levels etc with the config file, but that slowed down the action too much.

The maps are already making me want to explore them, driving over untextured bridges and things to get to new areas, caused me to procrastinate for 2 hours before even thinking about finishing a race smile.gif

its £20 on Steam right now which is still great value considering the crazy sums a lot of early access games charge. thumb.gif

lol, no way men

game runs like crap, off course it is an alpha

using 4000mb of vram + 2gb ram
not even uses 2 cores at 100%
not everything is textured and they are low quality
object popup and crap LOD and shadowing like assasing creed
low performance, lag, stutter, etc, sure i get 25-35 fps on max on my 270x + 3570k but still is low
crashes,
memory leaks
needs pagefile even on a 8gb ram pc lol
etc

i know it is a prealpha, looks promising

btw only people with 4gb gpus are gaming awesome

Got an MSI R9 290 Gaming which does give me a good experience.

I suppose being an old so and so, I remember playing the heck out of the Carma2 demo/pre release game (which btw played better than the final release)
Initially on a 4mb ATI Xpert@Play, which very quickly became a 16mb Voodoo Banshee to be able to play that game properly,so I am used to laggy performance, even though that was due to my hardware smile.gif

Well Darkcyde all I can say is if you like the original, preorder this now smile.gif
It is every bit as fun as the original and more, you can see the direction they are taking, not trying to complicate things or create elements that people just don't want, just pure unadulterated arcade fun.
Multiplayer is what I am waiting for now, I would even multi this in it's current state.
