just sharing...


here are the temps for the Noctua NH-U12S. this is on i5-2400 (stock)
case is an NZXT Vulcan.

35C idle / 53-54C loaded BF3/BF4

compared to stock intel fans
42-44C idle / 68C loaded BF3/BF4

it's my first time to put an HSF, i hope that i seated it just fine.
it took 3 reseat for me to screw the one with the springs...
