Can't get 3Dmark to work.....!

Had this same problem as another user: "I can't run 3d mark11 as when ever it starts the cursor changes to the one with the blue circle next to it and then goes back to normal without starting the benchmark. This is very frustrating as I would love to compare my new system to my old one. Can anyone please help?"

I downloaded the the latest systeminfo from here: http://www.futuremark.com/support/systeminfo

Any ideas?

Open file explorer and then type "%LOCALAPPDATA%" in the address bar, without the quotation marks. Delete the "Futuremark" folder.
