Headphones With Real Punch! Specifically for Electronics Music

Hello!

Currently I own a pair of LCD-2 & Burson The Conductor amplifier/DAC, and also a pair of Denon AH-D2000.
90% of the time I listen to electronics music, especially electronic dance music. However, in this genre the LCD-2 is lacking the punchy bass which is, if u ask me, a must for such music. The AH-D2000 give better punch, but it lacks in everything else in my opinion. Ive been listening to Denon AH-D7100 too, which were great, but still lacks when it comes to other sounds then bass.
I'm bored of reading around and need a lil guidence!

So what I really want is something which sounds similar to LCD-2(really good resolution, soundstage, seperation, clean sound), but with that punchy/impact/slam in the bass which really adds the fun factor.
Which would you guys recommend? Unfortunaly I dont have the opportunity to listen to 99% of the headphones on the market : P

Thank you!

Based purely on things I've read, as I've not listened to many high end headphones, you might check out

Fostex TH900
JVC HA-DX1000
maybe some high end Ultrasones

Yeah the Fostex TH900 are suppose to be nice. However, ive read some bad things about it being very bright, to the point were its uncomfertable.

Denon D7000, if you can find one smile.gif the Pro900 from ultrasone also delivers some good bass, and benefit from a good dac (i notice you have one already)
