Hitting 5Ghz on I7 3930k help. Custom loop wc

Hey guys. Check my sig for my build. Basically im currently running a GTS 360 and ut60 480mm passively (fans havent arrived)... I have managed to get 4.8ghz stable with Prime with good temps yet I cant get to 5.0ghz with everything I try.
Everything I've tried so far the only settings that have worked are:

125x FSB
40 Multiplier
1.45Vcore

This will let me boot into windows. Just but when I run a cpu stress test program (occt or Prime) it will crash straight away. I tried increasing vcore but to no avail...

Motherboard is Rampage IV Formula. I really want to hit 5ghz just for lolz. Will be 24/7 running 4.5/7 but its more of a mental achievement.

Do you think having that 480mm passive at the moment is making a large difference or not really? I can go and buy some high cfm fans tomorrow if needed...

It's probably just the limit of your chip. Not much you can do. If you keep powering more and more voltage into the chip, you could damage/kill your chip completely.

I figured that too but I tried one last time.
Went for 100 Bus Speed
Multiplier - x50

Got 5ghz at 1.5v and runs fine doing everything except Prime or OCCT or intel burn test.... Meh
