Now it makes sense!!! If you want my advice, of these kits are vastly overpriced. I would advice planning your own loop based around a D5 pump. You won't regret it.

Think about it.

Yh the EK pump / top combos are excellent. I have the D5 one, I can see it lasting for years and years and still being damn quiet.

My patience ended after about 1 week with that EK 4.0 thing. Now I only use it for flushing components before installing.

Overpriced? In Norway if you want to buy pretty good watercooling components, it will cost you around 650$. This EK kit cost only 340$ so there is price difference right?

If anyone has managed to mount a reservoir onto the inside of the case, would you be abkle to explain how you went about it?

I know it would be doable to mount an adapter to the top bay in the case however it would only be able to mount the clip for the top half of the res (and I wouldn't feel very confident with all the coolant in my 250ml only have half the support) as I can't fit a HDD cage underneath to put a second clip.

I used the holes in the case next to the motherboard to mount my res,i'm using a bitspower res so i'm not sure if the brackets are similar....

I mounted mine behind the front intake fans and moved the HDD cage to the rear position

Hey guys - I just wanted to say I finished building my FIRST EVER PC BUILD using my 750D. Unfortunately the window panel arrived scratched from the inside, and the right side panel had a bent handle. Also, I had to remove the maximus VI formula backplate (the longer screws did not work at all mad.gif )

As for the damaged panels, I PMd Corsair George today and he had their tech guys prioritize my ticket to send me new panels. Couldn't be happier with that, and that has been my first time so far dealing with Corsair customer service (although Corsair George is a product manager, so I'm not sure if he's really part of "Customer Service" but regardless, he's helping to serve customers smile.gif )

Anyways, gonna post some pics soon! I was having a few issues with some software (especially AI Suite 3 and my bios settings), but I think I've mostly fixed all that. I'm actually not running Corsair Link for the H100i because of all the issues that people are having with Windows 8.1 (I know there's a Beta out but even that has issues, and since this is my first build, I'm trying to be as conservative and problem free as possible). Currently have the 2 stock sp120l fans connected via their PWM connectors to the CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT connector and using AI Suite 3's Fan Xpert 2 to control it...

Just a note if any of you try to do that - in the bios, make sure you set minimum rpm to Ignore or something less than 500rpm for the CPU fans; otherwise, if set to default 600 rpm in BIOS, you'll get a "CPU Fan error press F1 to setup" issue when starting up.

Now to get those pics loaded up...
