Add my name to the list!

Finally got the 750D over the upcoming 760T and I must say, it is gorgeous! And alot bigger than my old NZXT Tempest Evo as well. So much room to poke around in there biggrin.gif
Paired the case with 7 AP-15s and I couldn't be happier.

The drive bay not sitting flush with the rest of the case when in use didn't bother me as much as I thought it would

Now, some crappy cellphone pics taken in the wee hours of the morning

Cable management is by no means great but I was in a rush to finish things. Over the next few months, I'll be gradually changing bits and pieces of my system, namely sleeved cables and if all goes well with my swiftech h220, I might even expand the loop.

Hey guys, I joined this forum just to post in this thread. First time water cooling build and just starting to gain some knowledge.

Ordered my 750d yesterday, I also got my motherboard and psu on the way. I am getting the Asus Maximus VI Formula motherboard.

My question at this time is, will I be able to mount a XSPC RX360mm fan in push/pull without being too close to the motherboard or cpu block? I haven't actually bought any of my rads or fans yet. Only really started researching thoroughly about a week ago. I started reading this thread from the beginning and some of the guys here touched upon a 360mm rad in push/pull being too close for comfort. I just want to clear it up so I know what to buy.

Also I have found the XSPC D5 Photon 270 Reservoir/Pump Combo. Is that a good choice?

Anything relevant to me watercooling this case would be awesome! Love all the builds I have seen on this thread so far, so much time, money and effort put in. Making me realise that I have to do the same because now I want an outstanding build haha.

Cheers.

To fit the radiator you would have to offset it toward the window side of the case. You are limited on how far you can offset due to the 5.25 bay. You should be fine but it will be a tight fit. Some people have found it easier to offset the rear end of the radiator more than the front which is inside the 5.25 bays. It works, but it isn't as pretty if that sort of thing matters to you.

The 270 will be fine as long as you aren't planning on running a 240 rad or drive cage in the rear most position on the bottom. You'll want to pick up one of those 20mm to G1/4 adapters so you can hook up a fitting and run a tube out side of your case--otherwise filling could be challenging.

Mount the hdd bracket underneath the 5.25" bay and put your Radiator in the bottom. It will probably be a tight fit, but there really is no other way if you have to keep your hdd bays. That or mount the hdd bay halfway between the two fan grills on the bottom and place your radiator in the front. You'll probably have to buy some hardware or something to make it work right.

How do the gentle typhoons perform as case fans with no radiators? I have a few laying around but decided to put my noctuas in the areas where it's just intake/exhaust without radiators.
