I've only witnessed two fans failing. It begins to tick and then some time about a week later will die. When I pull them out its like the blades/prop is very hard to turn, almost like glue is in there. The rest either happened over night or while I was out. I have no clue on what is going on. I've never had this happen before and my other fans are still going strong. Like I said I love Corsair products. As you can see just about everything in my build that can be Corsair is Corsair. I'm just torn on what to do here.
Edit- I think this makes fan #5
That's unfortunate. I was going to ask you if you could send them back to us so we can do a failure analysis and find out what's causing those failures. From the sound of it, my guess would be mechanical, but who knows, it could be something else.
If something like this happens again in the future, bring it to my attention right away, so we can get on top of it and provide you solution.

Aquatuning has delayed my order by another MONTH.
If you have a ticket #, I can look into it and find out what's going on.
