Unless you are really planning on going for super high Overclocks, then why insist on going for such a thick rad. It was already discussed not only here but on WC forum the difference in temperatures for the thickness of radiators. If you are that worried about clearance and pin issues, just go for a thinner radiator on top. Just have to define the need for your PC.

Another thing to think about before making this final decision is if you are planning on using PWM fans. Since you are expressing using every fan connector on the MB, you are defeating the purpose for using PWM (most MBs only have about 3 PWM connectors). The others are just 4pin and 3pin that follow voltage/max rpm protocols.

My advice is one of 2:

-Get a fan splitter if using PWM fans and only really worry about getting a connector to the CPU fan header.

-Get a thinner (XT45) and avoid worrying about clearance issues.

All up to you.

You could get a splitter on the mobo headers. I think they usually can take up to at least 10 watts. For a GT that's 10 fans....
as they said, get a thinner rad. i thought you already had one you wanted to use. get an xt45 and use 1 set of fans or an st30 and do push/pull. there will be almost no difference in temps either way.
as far as the fan connector goes, how many fans plugged into where? if you want pwm fans, only the cpu fan and opt are pwm and opt mirrors(does exactly what) the cpu fan does. second, pwm control of fans based on cpu temp not water temp is pointless. get a fan controller or low rpm fans, do a voltage mod, use other fan headers. dont bother buying pwm fans please for the reason i just stated.

the cpu and opt are the only pwm connectors on 90% of the motherboards. i only say 90% as there may be a mobo or 2 that have more.

Like I said before; they did send left side panel. And I did buy sleeved cable kit, I need 24pin cable.

I did talk with Corsair Joseph - he said he'll care... And today my cable arrived (they did send 1 day ago from Holland) !?!?

Wooww, what kind of speed... And they did send without money frown.gif I really wanted to buy it, but looks like a gift from Corsair smile.gif

Corsair is the best...

Thanks Corsair, thanks Joseph thumb.gif

Just bought a 750D and am beginning my minimal mods smile.gif

Doing the front panel mesh chassis cutout and a side panel fan w/ electrical contacts (somehow!)

I started this thread to get a bit of help on the latter:

This massive thread really helped me make some decisions on the final build and mods! Thanks all smile.gif
