As already stated the 360 will mount to the top with no issues. You can easily mount a 360 in the front, but will have to cut the bottom out of the 5 1/4 bay to fit it. My old setup had the 360 in the front. (Picture)
To mount the 360 on the bottom you are going to have to relocate the PSU and mod it to mount on the front like this:
You will also have to mod the bottom to accept the radiator by cutting out part of the bottom so the rad lies flat on the bottom due to the risers where the PSU was designed to originally sit. You will also have to drill out a few holes to line up with the radiator screw holes. If you want to go the route with less modification to the case itself you would need to mount on the top and on the front and line up the fan mounting holes on the front with the radiator screw holes.
