Question for you all out there. I'm designing a custom made front panel for some better airflow that will cover the entire front of the case replacing the original front panel plus the 3 drive bay covers. I know PPCS has an option to order custom laser cut acrylic, but was wondering if you all knew any other places or have used one in the past. Its going to have a cutout for 3 fans in the front covered by a grill and I was planning on covering it with brushed aluminum vinyl to match the existing panel if possible. Still in the planning process and sketching it out now on paper. It would have to be orderable since I'm in Korea and don't have access or facilities to cut my own at the moment.

EDIT: Doesn't have to be acrylic if there is a better material I should be using.

I would like to do the same thing (I will have a 360 radiator in the front pulling air in) and I was thinking about using Aluminium sheet, 'bout 1/8 or so thick. Acrylic or Aluminium sheet, if you had the tools you could do it yourself. If you end up using brushed aluminium vinyl, I suggest 3M (http://www.amazon.com/3M-Brushed-Metallic-Scotchprint-Series/dp/B00DJF4O0U/ref=sr_1_2?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1405193236&sr=1-2&keywords=3M+Brushed+Black+Metallic+BR212+Scotchprint+Car+Wrap+Vinyl).
I got some samples of other 'no name" brushed aluminum vinyl and it sucks.

I wish I could do it all on my own, but being stuck overseas in military barracks, I couldn't bring all my mod tools with me mad.gif I was looking at amazon earlier and saw all the different "versions" of brushed aluminum trying to see which one was the closest to the original corsair brushed look. I just figured acrylic might be a little cheaper and shippable since i have to send to military post office and all.

A mix of both
I installed a dual blue Logisys sound activated cathode kit which is 14in long and only used one of the cathodes. Then i purchased a single white cathode kit and used one of the white cathodes to install in the dual kit because the single kit can only has one cathode. So I have a 14in blue cathode next to a 12in white cathode on the top of the case both connected into one kit.smile.gif

Trying to figure out a way to do a transparent Logo on the front so I can put a light behind it. Swear iv'e redraw this like 10 times because I'm so tired.

I know what you mean!smile.gif What is it, almost 6 AM local time? How long you got left?
How about a block of plexi, drill a few holes big enough to fit LEDs?!

Edit: Forgot to ask, Air Force, Army or Navy?
