I am thinking about buying a 750D myself and doing my first custom loop too. But I do have some questions, I am probably going with a CPU loop at first with a 360 rad on top and maybe going with a 280 rad on the front when I am adding GPU('s) But I do need at least 1 hard drive cage as I like to have some storage too (3.5" drives) And I really like the EK 250 reservoir probably the D5 pump combo. But I have no idea if it all will fit or how to mount it.
So any help would be welcome smile.gif

I'm kind of in the same quandary. What I'm figuring is a 420 up top, a 140 up front and in back, and possibly a 240 in the bottom. This would allow for at least one drive cage to be hanging from the front panel bays. If you do that, use both the inside side screw, and the right side screw, which goes in from the front of the case, otherwise the cage will be flopping around.

I'm actually considering redoing my drives for this configuration this coming weekend, except with both cages hanging. Right now, I have them in default side-by-side on the bottom on the sleds.

This will be the third time I will have rearranged the drives, but I'm doing this so that I can visualize for the same purpose as you. Right now, my drives are 3TB greens, and I have five of them. Moving up to 6TB drives is my expansion plan, and that would reduce the number of cages.

Also, although two loops looks cool, I don't think this chassis is large enough to really look good with two loops, and the nature of watercooling is that the water temp equalizes, so it really doesn't matter on order or separating the loops (at most a couple/few degrees C).

The 240mm mounting on the bottom can be somewhat finicky. Could you use an extra long psu(like the 1500W ones) and still mount a 240mm rad?i knew my H220 rad couldn't be mounted on the bottom with a seasonic psu(x750) because the stupid barbs stuck out the side instead of the top of the rad.

I'm actually wondering if I can do it with the PSU that is planned, the AX1200i. It's 200mm long.

better do your measurements then. I know the earlier versions of the case had wonky 120mm bottom screw hole positions, that's why you as an owner can request for a bracket. @Bertovzki would likely have those measurements for you. There is a reason he went with a shorter psu

I use EVGA's 1200W P2 power supply, it's 200mm in length. I just redid my loop last weekend with the intent of adding a pump/res combo and a 240mm radiator in the bottom. That would give me a 360 in the top, 280 in the front, and 240 on the bottom. The pump/res went in just fine, but I couldn't mount the 240MM radiator because the sata connections on the PSU stuck out too far. It almost fit, but in the end, there was nothing I could do to make it work. I ended up pulling the 280 out of the front and replacing it with the 240 because the 240 was a double cored high quality EK rad.

Well, with a XT45 420 up top and XT45 140's in the front and back, it might suffice for a three-way SLI and 4790K. I'll have to check it out this weekend when I move the drive cages around to hang from the upper bays. The XT45's have upward facing holes, so, it's just a matter of actual rad dimensions. Skipping the bottom might make draining easier...

Ya, it was the overall length of the rad, not the position of the fittings. It was just a few mm to long.
