Those monitors do not have HDMI 2.0. It is physically impossible for two 290X's to be running those monitors at anything higher than 30 Hz mode. My eyes bleed at 60 Hz, I could only imagine how painful 30 Hz looks!

The only very far fetched way they could get three of those monitors working with 290X's at 60 Hz is using three 290X's, and they changed crossfire allowing a monitor to plug into each individual card in the crossfire setup like NVIDIA does SLI. One monitor for each single DP on each card. Highly unlikely...

Honestly, I am not sure why you would want to anyways. Use 16 million pixels total on the sides for peripheral vision? A total of 24 million pixels, talk about running like crap on any modern game with current GPU's. It will be many GPU generations away from 3x 4K being practical.
