Nvidia 650m and Windows Experience Index?

I bought a Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720 a week ago and I have just replaced the 1TB HDD C drive with an OCZ Vertex 3 240GB. As I expected the HDD rating in WEI went to 7.8 but the overall rating is just 5.7 limited by the GT 650m GPU. Is this normal or is there some tweaking I need to do? This is, BTW the first real laptop I have had.

Sounds about right, but WEI is very inaccurate.

Also WEI sets by lowest score, which is rather stupid, instead of averaging it out

5.7 - is Experience Index for your integrated video card
6.7(6.8) - is Experience Index for your GT650M video card
