IIRC it will take standard dremel bits. If it won't there will be an adapter. The thing uses a collet system so there's a different little ring for every size it ca use. You can also buy a variable chuck as well I believe. It's kinda big though.

Can't you buy a "saw kit"? I saw on Amazon where you can buy the Rotozip in a kit that has an attachment that can function as a high-speed circular saw. It would probably be good for only one type of use, but it would give you more control of the line. This is the kit with the attachment. I don't know if you can buy it separately though.

that looks like it would work. with a larger blade though there are overcutting issues, and he might wind up needing the other one for final cleanup anyway.

Yeah, for finer detail work the smaller Dremel tips with the flex hose would be better. Long straight cuts would be easier for sure with the right angle attachment. thumb.gif
